European Young Engineers is organizing a Mentorship Program aiming to build skills and connect with professionals in different engineering fields. During the 6-month phase of the program there will be monthly 1:1 mentor-mentee sessions. The pairs are matched according to their profession and personal interests in order to ensure that each pair can make the best out of the program and learn from each other.
Furthermore, bi-monthly group meetings together with other participants will be held to enforce team work related skills by working on multidisciplinary case studies.
EYE’s first set of mentors are working in various companies such as Williams Advanced Engineering (WAE), Covestro, McDermott, RS Components, Croda and the European Institute for Industrial Leadership (EIIL). The mentors have diverse backgrounds as well as first-hand expertise in different industry sectors. They are working as managers, specialists and a broad variety of different professions.
The first Mentorship Program will kick off End of April 2022 and will last for a period of six months until October 2022.
